All orders ship Monday to Friday with DHL from our warehouse in northern Germany. Smaller red light panels usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Helsi™ Pro, Helsi™ Max, Helsi™ One Sauna Dome and the Helsi™ Ice Plunge come on a pallet; you get a call or text beforehand. Delivery is to the kerbside.

You receive a tracking number by e-mail when your order ships. You can also check the status under “Track your order” with your order number and e-mail address. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Helsi™ red light panels can be returned within 30 working days of delivery, new or as new, in the original packaging with all accessories. For Helsi™ One Sauna Dome, the Helsi™ Ice Plunge and the Helsi™ Mask the 14-day policy applies. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we let you know. If it is approved, the refund goes automatically to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take a few days to post it.

Please check your delivery and contact us right away if an item is damaged or you received the wrong item.

No. Helsi™ One Sauna Dome is designed for indoor use only. Place it on a flat, dry floor near a socket.

Helsi™ One Sauna Dome has 132 LEDs: 66 red at 630–660 nm and 66 near-infrared at 810, 830 and 850 nm. The heat comes from graphene far-infrared heaters in the domes and the mat.

Extended on its mat, Helsi™ One Sauna Dome needs a floor area of 200 × 80 × 3 cm and a nearby 230 V socket. Folded away it stands upright at 100 × 76.5 × 48 cm, about the size of a side table.

Helsi™ One Sauna Dome comes with a 5-year limited warranty in Germany and 14-day returns. The warranty page lists what is covered and how to make a claim.

Shipping is free in Germany and Helsi™ One Sauna Dome ships in 3-5 working days. It arrives with the domes, the mat and the rechargeable Bluetooth controller.

Yes. The controller has three modes: infrared, red light or both, so you can run a red light session without the far-infrared heaters.

Yes, the Pro has mounting options and can be used both standing and hanging. To stand it upright, simply place it on the floor (please ensure it cannot tip over!). A rail for wall mounting is also included. This rail allows the Pro to be used securely while hanging. Furthermore, you can choose from a selection of different stands to customize its use to your needs.

The Pro emits 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light across 180 cm, enough for a full-body session after training.
