The Helsi™ Mini is ideal for those who want a compact yet more powerful device than the Helsi™ Go. It is particularly well-suited for targeted treatments of muscles, joints, or skin areas. The Mini has a stand on the back, making it easy to set up. Alternatively, a hanging bracket is included, allowing you to hang the device on a door or hook, for example.
The Mini offers a larger treatment area and more powerful LEDs, allowing for effective treatment of medium-sized body areas. At the same time, it remains lightweight and portable.
The device combines 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light. It is particularly popular with athletes and biohackers.
Depending on the body area, 10–20 minutes is optimal, at a distance of 20–30 cm. This allows the therapy to be flexibly integrated into your everyday life.
Yes, many users start with the Mini and later add larger panels like the Helsi™ Plus or another Helsi™ Mini. This allows you to flexibly expand your red light therapy at home.
