Shipping & Returns
According to our 30-day risk-free return policy, returns are accepted within 30 business days of receiving the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items must be returned in “new” or “like new” condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging, and with all original product manuals.
Once the product has been received, inspected and verified in new condition, a full refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product, less all original shipping charges.
Shipping Germany
All orders are shipped via [DHL courier] Monday to Friday from our [German] warehouse. All orders placed after [12:00] will be shipped the following working day.
Transit times: GERMANY - [ 1 - 7 ]
Shipping Steps After Ordering
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package, in which case two or more tracking numbers will be provided.
Please note: International customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered in whole or in part by Helsi.
In case of product damage
Please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. After that, we will let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few weeks for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
