Between sessions Helsi™ One Sauna Dome stands upright at 100 × 76.5 × 48 cm, about the footprint of a side table. When you want a session, roll it out on its rubber wheels and lay the two domes over the 200 × 80 cm mat. It takes about two minutes.
Graphene far-infrared heaters sit in both domes and in the mat, so the warmth reaches you from above and from below at the same time. The handheld controller sets the mat, the lower dome and the upper dome separately, and the whole unit runs on a standard 230 V socket at 1,800 W.
132 LEDs deliver red and near-infrared light across your whole body. Use the light on its own for a cooler session or combine it with the infrared heat: the controller switches between infrared, red light or both.
An EMF shielding mesh keeps EMF and ELF at 0.1 mG, measured inside the dome, right where you lie during a session. The full measurements are listed in the specifications on the product page.

“As a biohacker, ice bathing is a fixed part of my routine. For me, the Helsi™ Ice Plunge brings together everything that matters: high-quality build, reliable cold and a design worth showing off.”
“An absolute game changer! I use the Helsi™ Ice Plunge every morning and often in the evening as part of my routine, and it is simply great fun. The temperature can be set individually, which is really practical. The system is also very low-maintenance and everything is easy to operate yourself. Really well thought out, high quality and extremely pleasant to use. A clear recommendation!”
“As a professional footballer, my body is very often under intense strain. Red light after training is a fixed part of my routine. I am glad that Helsi™ will support me from now on during my career.”
