What is PEMF?

PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field. A PEMF mat produces weak, low-frequency pulses while you lie on it.

The mat produces weak pulses between 3 and 23 Hz. Many people use it to lie down and switch off, for example after yoga.

From the user manual: if you wear a pacemaker, are pregnant or have a magnetisable prosthesis, check with a doctor before use. The mat is not recommended for children who are still growing.
