Far-infrared warmth, full-body red light and a PEMF mat in one system.
Helsi™ One Sauna Dome is a sliding sauna dome for the home. The two domes give far-infrared warmth (approx. 4–21 μm) and carry 132 LEDs for red light at 655 nm and near-infrared at 845 nm. Underneath, the PEMF mat runs on its own controller with four frequencies (3, 7.8, 10 and 23 Hz) and can also be used on its own. The domes draw up to 1,200 W from a standard 220–240 V socket, the mat uses a second socket, and the controller switches Bluetooth off when it is cabled. Stored upright it measures 100 × 76 × 48 cm. In Germany it costs €4,799.20 including VAT, with free shipping, 14-day returns and a 5-year warranty on the dome and the mat.

Beste was gibt. Keine downphase mehr wenn man nach der Arbeit kommt und direkt weiter arbeiten muss und will. Einfach vorher kurz reingehen und effektiver als ein powernap. Mit powernap immer Schwierigkeiten gehabt
